Well - who doesn't like chocolate? This is a team analysis of a case presented in 'Advanced Marketing Strategies' (Professor Barry Hedden), August 2008. It starts with some interesting bullet points about the history of chocolate - but the more important case topics are the Competitive Environment and Brand Image analysis. I also developed a special ranking system which was supposed to be used for identifying the most lucrative markets. I will be more than welcome to share some insights in our first interview. |
